I would be devastated if for any reason I had to leave this surgery. The doctors here have looked after my wife since she was born and they have looked after me for nearly 50 years. Doctors have come and gone, but there is something about Cross Deep Surgery that seems to affect all the doctors who come to work there. Now, there is a set of new young (in the main) doctors who seem to keep up with clinical and technological advances so that repeat prescriptions may be ordered online with the prescription being delivered directly to the pharmacy of my choice, all I have to do is order from home and go to the pharmacy to collect. Whenever I have a medical problem, treatment choices are clearly explained (where applicable) and I feel that I have a say, going forward.
Please, whatever it is that you have at Cross Deep Surgery, don't ever let it go away.
