We have been with this Surgery for over 35 years and have been very satisfied with the service. Fortunately, we do not need to be seen very often but when necessary, I feel we are given time to explain the problem and to hear the doctor's opinion before working out a plan.
The nurses are also skilled and helpful and the reception staff are very patient even when hugely busy. It is very useful to be able to book appointments and sort repeat prescriptions online.
Space is limited but it would be good if more services were available at the Surgery and so reduce the need to attend a hospital department.
There was a problem getting an appointment on one occasion but that was over the last Christmas/New Year period and the matter was dealt with by Teddington and West Middlesex Hospitals.
