Cross deep surgery is exemplary in all aspects. The nurses are a professional group of smiling people approachable and highly skilled and reassuring. The Doctors are of the highest calibre and also approachable and always willing to discuss concerns and to make time and refer you on and pursue these concerns until a resolution is found. The reception staff are highly efficient and helpful. The whole surgery has an overall feel of efficiency and professionalism. The interior is bright and airy as are the consulting rooms . All staff dress in a highly professional manner and the nurses are in full uniform making them easily recognisable.
We are lucky to belong to Cross Surgery and we have seen many changes over the years each one improving the service for the benefit of us all.My husband of 72 years and his parents before him have been patients since Cross Deep surgery was first opened and i have only ever heard good things about it.
