Cross Deep Surgery is very busy. It's almost impossible to get an appointment when you need it. Usually, you have to wait 1.5 - 2 weeks to see a doctor.
Doctors are not very interested in healing you. It is a conveyor of patients. During 10 minutes of your appointment you will be given a prescription for antibiotics, and advised to take some paracetamol.
Blood test / urine test are done very rarely, although they sound very efficient in diagnosing some diseases. That could be NHS, which ask GPs to reduce operational costs.
Getting a referral to a specialist (hospital) is very tricky. You also be charged to get a referral to a specialist for private treatment.
