you have to wait too long for appointments and the older of the two receptionists is just so rude and unhelpful needs training in customer service, seems to cause a lot of tension with the patients,all the other staff are very pleasant and helpful. could be more honest with the walk in waiting times seem to say 1 hour when its normally a 2 hour wait.
