Reception does not bother to answer the doorbell. After 10 minutes door answered but receptionist didn't say anything. Eplained I had an appointment and gave my name. Without saying a word she turns around, dissappears and I'm left wondering what just happened while left waiting outside again for another 10 minutes past the time of my appointment. Empty surgery but the two people waiting in the queue left outside to get wet. Never had a good interaction with the reception staff here. The nurses are great though. Friendly and good at their job.

Staff that talk to you, tell you what they are disappearing to do or explain what any procedure they have is or why you are waiting. Answer the doorbell. Interact.
