Call at 8am and still wait on hold for 20-30 mins then get told all appointments are taken for the day. Impossible to try get an appointment. Then if you do it's a telephone call! Not helpful at all. Covid was 3yrs ago why are we still being telephoned and not a face to face appointment? Staff can be rude and abrupt. One in particular has no manners whatsoever.
Their ANP is a credit to them though, she is excellent

Fix the telephone system
Take on board complaints and deal with them appropriately
Have f2f appointments
