over 2 weeks ago I was advised by the pharmacy that i needed a review to continue receiving my diabetic medication I walked across to the surgery reception and asked for an appointment for a review I was told i would have to wait as appointments were being issued in the next two weeks. Over two weeks have passed and no communication. I spent 35 min on the phone before getting through and was offered a telephone appointment with the diabetic nurse in a months time. How she will take a blood test over the phone I'm not sure. When I complained stating that I thought the service was poor I was told that they were very busy and I had the right to choose to go elsewhere
