Visit to Sarah a practice nurse for a six monthly check of blood pressure, cholesterol etc. Sociable, pleasant and very efficient. She didn't waste any time but still made time to check on other family members. In the process asked a series of careful questions to check whether there had been any change in our lifestyle. I find these regular checks with someone who clearly knows what they are doing both comforting and informative. There is never any hesitation to spell it out if I need to change diet etc.

I rang for an appointment and got one that same morning. The GP listened and examined me thoroughly then explained fully what he thought was wrong and explained what treatment would be necessary. No improvement perfectly satisfied.
