Disgusting practice. Receptionists are rude, belittling and quite frankly so unhelpful it’s beyond a joke. Takes over a week for them to do anything and don’t you dare ask for a prescription. Oh my no they lose the requests or just don’t bother doing it. You call and get told basically go away or nothing they can do about it. Their telephone manner is lacking in just about every aspect. They would rather sit there at their desks talking amongst themselves about their personal business than actually help the patients visiting the practice. I pay my taxes to be treated like this? Disgusting
