Tried 147 times to get through on monday, was promised a call back on wednesday, they called me and as I answered they cut the phone off. It then took me 75 times to get through and the receptionist is SO rude!! I do not understand how they can have a job in a doctors surgery and speak to customers they way that she does. At the end of the call when I asked her for her name she muttered something under her breath and cut the call off. The way people are treated here is an absolute shambles and the receptionists are the worst I have ever experienced anywhere!! I am trying to change GPs immediately.

Train your reception staff to have some manners and speak to people with respect! People only call the doctors if they have an issue or need help.

wednesday 8th january 8mins past 8 was on the phone frome 8 o clock till six mins past 8 was engaged for ages got the receptionist all apiontments were gone when i asked what is happening to out surgery she put the phone down on me its bad enough you cant get to see a doctor then advertising for more patients when they cant see the patients they have got

the receptionists are possibly the most unhelpful people i have ever come across , it is impossible to get an appointment and the earliest appoint is always over 2 weeks ago if you want one sooner you have to ring every morning which is quite frankly impossible to do when you work .
