I've been a patient of Cobtree Medical Practice since June 2013 and I am registered with Dr Butler-Gallie. The practice itself and my GP are the best I have ever experienced. It's a nice practice. All staff are warm, friendly and professional and very helpful. It has a nice atmosphere and welcoming family feel to it. Staff are very respectful. Its clean and tidy and has plenty of information sources available. Parking is never a problem. The phone is always answered and I am always able to get an appointment when I need one. They have a late night too which is useful if you can't get the time off work. It really is a very good practice. My GP Dr Butler-Gallie is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very professional in both dealing with patients and her professional knowledge and experience. She is also caring and supportive. I suffered extreme work caused stress which led to anxiety disorder and some depression. She has been extremely supportive throughout and gave me the right care and treatment I needed. I wouldn't normally open up to a doctor but she has a unique way about her. I feel so comfortable speaking to her and she has always given good advice as well as the right treatment and has been very understanding and supportive. I'm now recovered but that's only thanks to Dr Butler-Gallie. I dread to think how things might be for me now if it wasn't for Dr Butler-Gallie. I highly recommend her. She really is the best GP I've ever had and I have the utmost respect for her and trust her implicitly. Helen
