It is difficult getting appointment at this surgery. They have the worse receptionists any surgery can have with poor customer service approach.

Coalpool surgery is a very good practice the doctors are very nice and very good at what they do, the practice staff are friendly and do there job very well, only been a patient for just over 12 months so still quite new at the moment, the only thing that I will point out is the fact that you have to wait 3 to 4 days for an appointment sometimes longer other than that no problems so very happy.
