Having recently visited the surgery I found both the receptionist and the doctor efficient and attentive.
Considering the fact that the phones did not stop ringing and the surgery was full, the ladies answered each call and dealt with each patient systematically. I also found the staff happy and respectful which gave the surgery a nice atmosphere whilst waiting.
