My Gp service is lovely the staff are very good and understanding and the Dr's are very good. the only downside is booking appointments, i have been with this surgery for 30 years and this is the worst it has ever been,waiting times also have to be reduced, although i know it is the same everywhere now.

Thank you for your comments. We are trying to improve our system, we do have a Drop in Clinic every morning, first come first served basis to try to ease the appointment problems. The Doctors do try to run their clinic's on time but there will always be emergencies that will delay the clinic, or other unforseen circumstances, however your comments on waiting times and appointments have been noted and will be discussed in our upcoming practice meeting. We consistently strive to make things better for our pateints.
