The doctors offer excellent care the issue is to get pass the rude and unhelpful receptionist to get to see your GP. The receptionist need training on how to deal with people. They are selective on how they deal with people. If they know you it's hello darling if they don't they are not polite and friendly. I appreciate that dealing with people can be difficult at times but being in this profession you need basic skills on how to deal with people and as a patient for the past 52 years I find the current staff unhelpful and rude in their manner. I work with people everyday so I know it can be done. Your frontline staff plays an important role in any organisation.
