The system for appointments is not straighforward and you have to go to reception to get a suitable appointment, or the sysem is down or slow. You are rarely seen on time, 15-30 minute wait is usual. However the doctors and receptionists really care

Response from Clifton Rise Family Practice
We do now have on-line booking, however the appointments do not cover the whole day. Our Drop in Clinic is becoming more popular and we do try to give appointments that will suit, where we can.
