After making a complaint to the practice manager in October, I am still yet to receive information regarding the outcome of this and we are nearly into the New Year. I have chased this up multiple times with the surgery and have been assured by the reception team that the practice manager would get back to me within the day/week and I have still heard nothing. The reception staff have always been very patient, understanding and friendly and the surgery very clean. However, clinics constantly run very late and my more recent experience which lead me to complain, resulted in my moving surgeries. There has been a huge mix up in regards to blood test results of mine. After calling the surgery to request my results, I was told no action was required. Apparently the surgery then attempted once to call me to ask me to come in to see a doctor as action was required. I did not receive a call. After months of symptoms, I visited a nurse there and was told the doctor had wanted to see me urgently around two months ago as my blood test results were abnormal. When asked why I had not been told, the nurse explained the surgery call patients once and if they can't speak with them that time, they don't try again due to having so many patients. I am still waiting on a response from the practice manager regarding this, the complaint was made in October. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone as I find them unreliable and incompetent which is a huge shame as the reception staff have always been fantastic.
