I have used Ask MY GP and had face-to-face, telephone and video consultations. All have been very good but the 'window' for using Ask My GP is brief (early morning and then it closes). I have found the receptionists to be excellent - responsive, problem solving and courteous - even when they have obviously been busy. Pharmacists who have responded to my Ask My GP queries have also been very good and I have recently found Dr Rahan Ansari to be excellent - very consultative in his approach, listened to me and took the time to suggest possible treatments.
