The service I have received from Cliff House has been one failure after another. Each failure may seem trivial but when you experience Failures time after time they are compounded by each other and some with more severity than others.
Both my partner and I have raised our concerns previously with the practice manager and she has done very little, and we both seem no improvements.
You never get to see the same doctor consistently and they have employed one or two questionable ones up to now.
Suggested improvements
Better processes.
Better trained staff.
Better trained doctors - which are then kept on.
Better escalation process.
Better hours - i.e. More after hours appointments or at least have the ability to ear Mark the beginning and end of day appointments for those that work full time and are unable to take a few hours off work to attend an appointment.
