My dad has been very poorly keep ringing to try get an appointment, he had the runs for 6 wks, lost over a stone, couldn’t walk far, too much, bearing in mind my dad has always been a fit man, walked everywhere, first they said he needed b12, still no better after it, they then said it’s what he’s eating, wasn’t able to eat, then put him on strong antibiotics, still only phone calls no one had seen him. In the end he was so poorly he ended up in an ambulance after 9 weeks, vomiting dark brown stuff with no energy, very bad hiccups. He’s currently got lots of tubes in him with lots of different tests, which if the doctor had seen him and looked at him before he might not of ended up happening, if the ambulance hadn’t come don’t think he would be here now, we have lost all faith and trust in Cleveland surgery

Listen to your patients and look at them after 6 weeks so glad I’m not with you.
