Sometimes I had to fight for a regular appointment but overall carol was incredibly supportive and helpful.
The Asthma Nurse I had on my last appointment was so disagreeable and patronising I went home and cried, although no other nurses have ever been less than courteous, supportive, helpful and understanding.
Having met the current line up of Drs I am now looking for a new practice.
Suggested improvements
The appointment scheme is unfair. With my condition, being sentient enough to talk is a NO WAY deal. I rarely enter the world before half ten when all appointments are gone.
Can't get an appointment with Dr Percival often and I am not confident enough emotionally to have to explain my whole backstory to a stranger.
