Called on the morning when I needed an appointment, receptionist Valerie extremely helpful and reassuring, listened and took all relevant information. Dr Roy called me within an hour and had booked me in with Dr Adam that morning. Dr Adam; somebody i have never seen before at the practice but what a compassionate, caring, calm, beautiful human, listened attentively, understood and reassured me. There was no time pressure what so ever, he was determined to get me sorted then and there and insisted I waited outside his room until he made relevant calls, he called through to the hospital to get me seen by a doctor immediately following my appointment with him. Wonderful service from all involved. Thank you.

I went to see the triage nurse after having a hell of a time trying to get an appointment involving two phone calls and an hour and half wait. The appointment itself last less than 10 minutes after the triage nurse decided that they needed a sample to be sent off for examination and the results she said would be back in a week. A month later I had heard nothing so I rang the surgery only to be told to ring after 2pm and then the receptionist hung up on me. Terrible service by the receptionist. I felt like she couldn't wait to get off the phone and didn't really care about me as a patient.
