Circuit Lane Surgery 2016-12-16 Person 0 5 0

What I have just experienced from southcotes circuit lane surgery has been an absolute joke! I ring up at 8.30 for an appointment for my 9 month old daughter I am then told by a male receptionest I cannot have an appointment that day because I will not tell him why I want my daughter to be seen by a doctor. I then get told I have to wait for a call from the doctor to decide if I'm worthy of an appointment. I phone back for the second time at 12 when I had already been told it will be a morning phone call that I still haven't received I ask for another appointment to be told as I will not tell them what was wrong with my daughter I can only wait for a call from the doctor again or wait over a week to be seen but if I tell him what's wrong then he can then be the judge if I need an appointment. I wait till 1.30 still no call so I go down there to the waiting room to be pretty much empty one 1 person waiting. Once I said I WILL NOT be leaving the surgery till my daughter is seen an appointment magically free there and then. To finally get Sharon seen and she has a viral infection and tonsillitis. So my poor baby had to wait far to long to be treated with antibiotics what a joke!! And yet babies and elderly are meant to be priority nothing about that was priority!!! I'm absolutely disgusted with that surgery!!!!!
