Its difficult to get through to the operator. takes me 30 minutes in the morning.

I am happy apart from the above mentioned. I am very grateful to Nurse Kate in particularly. She is an amazing person and very caring and compassionate. She knows my condition inside out and always come up with a solution with any problem. I trusted her 100 person with her wisdom, knowledge and compassionate. She listens and have an inside on how I am feelings. I would say she is my life saver. Without her i will be lost. She has a very rare unique persona and a beautiful person. Please stay as lovely as you Kate and don't change. Hope to meet more like her. Thank you, Mrs Cordell.
