The appointment system at Churchill is ridiculous, you cannot book in advance unless you are receiving test results and if you are able to get through to reception before 8.30am you are highly unlikely to get an appointment at all. Which makes things extremely difficult for those who work full time or have children.
I have been registered at this doctors since birth, and since I can remember they have NEVER run on time. I struggle to believe that so many surgery's across the country are able to meet such a basic requirement, yet for Kingston Churchill medical centre, it is such a difficulty to actually see your doctor for when you booked your appointment. If someone has left work for the appointment and has to go back, or booked a child minder just so they can see a doctor this is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend Churchill to anyone in the area.
