I feel I must record my deep apprciation of the service I received this morning. I was having great difficulty in ordering a repeat prescription on line and in the end after many failed attempts spoke to CHRISTINA the on duty receptionist, who, in spite of having to deal simultaneously with patients doggedly and cheerfully sorted out the problem. The much maligned NHS at its best, and in the tradition of this very friendly and efficient surgery.
