Chestnuts Surgery

I received the same, through cheerful care as I always get. Concerns addressed in a helpful manner and I was happy. I just wish it wasn't so hard to be able to be seen by the staff practitioner we wish to. I'm not difficult (I don't think so anyway) and if it is run of the null staff I don't mind who I see but for more personal stuff I prefer to see the person who knows about the problem from day one instead of hurriedly explaining what's gone before. I appreciate the care I get and have always promoted chestnuts surgery and entered yourselves for yearly awards but I do find it difficult sometimes to get to see who I need to in a reasonable time. If time is valuable too. Also not sending prescription to the designated pharmacy.
