We recently moved to the area from Rainham Kent and needed to find an alternative practice. We joined the Chestnuts surgery and have found everyone to be really helpful. I would like to mention that I made an appointment to see Dr Eyo about a complaint with my back. He was extremely thorough and took his time to ask me questions. There was no rush and I did not feel rushed. I was referred for an MRI scan which came through within a week. Another appointment was made for me to return after the scan for the results.Within 2 and a half weeks of seeing Dr Eyo, having the scan and the follow up appointment, my complaint was diagnosed. I would like to express my thanks for the speed in which this has been dealt with and as a new patient I'm impressed.
