Hazel Stuart was brilliant when I had an appointment with her. She was very friendly but stayed very professional. Great advice was given as well as a diagnosis. The practise would benefit from having a walk in and sit system in the mornings and bookable appointments in the afternoon. The Vine Medical Centre in Maidstone has this system and it was by far the best doctors surgery I have ever been under.
