When you get to see the doctor it is usually good. Difficult to just discus one thins at a time - when you have had to wait two weeks to see doctor of your choice. Everyone told to phone at 8 am, impossible.

Thank you for your feedback. We find that at the moment, there is only so much we can achieve during the contraints of the working day. We are flexible to discuss related issues, however, we are trying to avoid patients coming in with a 'shopping list' of ailments. We have already had comments on the GP's running late, and this does add to the waiting time. We are currently looking at the way in which patients contact the surgery.
