1. You can NEVER get an appointment when needed. 2. You are told to phone back the following morning at 8a.m to get an appointment but when you do they never answer the phone till 9a.m then tell you there are no appointments & to call back the following day. 3. The receptionist are rude & very unhelpful. 4 Make sure you plan your illness a week before you need an appointment because then you will probably get one.
