Face to face almost impossible I had a phone call appt with Dr my problem was pain left side ribs was told to go for xray in past again not for same symptoms no face face rang for results told all OK then a while later had call saying xray showing osteoporosis in both hips. My brother in law same surgery home with non treatable cancer has only had 2 visits 1 phone call in 6 months so much for caring. Just a phone would be nice for him

Go back to how it used to be able to see Dr I have been with this surgery for over 50yrs even before the epidemic things were not great. I know of other surgeries are now back to normal why not ours

This branch is now closed three afternoons a week. All six remaining doctors resigned almost nine months ago, and they were already three doctors down, patients are left with a succession of locums. Most of the nursing staff have resigned. The company that bought out the practice have no interest in running the practice properly and have made no effort to replace the original doctors. At one point there were almost twelve and a half thousand patients with no permanent doctors at all. Getting an appointment at the branch is extremely difficult, and if you ring in to make an appointment you could be waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer the telephone. Difficult to say anything good about what was a great GP practice that has been decimated by mismanagement.

I assume this is because the Practice can/will not give me a satisfactory answer to my grievance against the Doctor in question!
