I have been using this surgery for 7 years. I have always found the staff helpful and the doctors excellent. I work fulltime so making and attending appointments is not always easy for me but I have found the staff helpful and accommodating. Over my time at the surgery my experience is that this has improved too.
Although in the NHS appointment times are relatively short (10 minutes?) I still get the impression that the doctor has time to listen to all my concerns and carefully explain his advice.
