I like the idea of the doctor 'phoning you if he needs to see you concerning your medical situation. One doesn't have to wait long before the call is made.
Whenever I phone either Bishopsteignton or Channel View surgeries I am always greeted with a big "Hello" and then a friendly short conversation about my requirements.
I am also DELIGHTED that there is no dreadful music in either of the surgeries mentioned.
