Having been with this practice since 1960 I have never experienced such abysmal
Service since College Health took charge .
The appointment system , whether at the surgery or via 'phone , is atrocious . Appointments are booked for weeks in advance , phone appointments are hit and miss . To obtain a medical certificate for work is stressful , something which I 've been told by my GP to avoid .
Under Drs Mohile and Lei very few problems arose .
I beleive most of the administrative staff are the same as previous , so where have these problems come from . College Health ?
No choice in changing practice , College Health are all over Chadwell .
Perhaps a letter to our MP.
