I have only ben a customer at this surgury for a short time (other doctor retired and surgery closed), however most of the time the doctor(s) will listen to you, and try to find a way to help, however not all doctors are as good as they could be at listening to your problems.
The Nursing side ,I have found, has always done an excellent service and should be promoted more for minor problems- sometimes all you need is to talk and get advice and the nurse can then refer you to the doctor if necessary, giveng him/her their findings thus saving the doctor time and helping all patients to be seen on time.
