I visited surgery to make double appt for my husband. His blood tests results appear to have been mislaid, computers down again, when he asked about second condition was informed he needed another appt despite fact I had booked a double appt. doctor said book urgent appt but computers down!! He has been offered phone appt which is totally unacceptable and then told to phone tomorrow morning. It’s utter chaos. We have been with surgery since 1974 but cannot believe level of service now!! Please get booking system in place and listen to patients, this needs sorting.
