On the last two occasions that I've needed to contact the surgery to make an appointment with either the Doctor or Nurse, you are kept on hold for ages, the first time I was told that the reason being is there were issues with the new phone system, having waited over 45mins before eventually getting an answer, this was around 4mths ago. Having again needed to contact the surgery today (18/10/19), the phone system clearly hasn't improved as I've been waiting on hold now for 45mins, trying to return a call from the surgery that was left on my answer phone. This was also not the first time I have tried this week to get back in contact, unbelievable service.
