Today I see a locum doctor at my surgery with my 2 and a half year old daughter, my little girl is very anxious around men and is frightened of the doctors due to her being very poorly in the past and unfortunatly will never forget her experience at A&E. Anyway the doctor was very very patient with her and was so kind and managed to calm her down with the help of the lovely nurse. She even stopped crying and got off my lap (which is massive achievement for her)
Overall the doctor and nurse made a very stressful appointment much more easier for me and my little girl...I'm very grateful.
