The doctors are friendly, understanding & thorough, you are never made to feel like you are wasting their time...the doctors explain everything clearly in laymens terms, they make sure you understand everything before you leave the surgery.
The receptionists are brilliant, we have been with the surgery for 10 years & they have always been so helpful & friendly
