Receptionist service is very poor. I called to the reception for my 4 months old baby.(need urgent treatment, very bad skin condition). One lady named reign received my call and I was normally talking with her , but she told me I was shouting at her. It’s disappointed me as I didn’t shout at her was just normally talking about appointment.

Always no appointment available if you call at 8.00 you have to wait till 8.45. Than someone will receive call and will say sorry no appointment available and they give the hub number and that’s it. So there is no point the have Gp here, If we don’t get any appointments even in an emergency. They became very careless .
