Supportive, knowledgeable and caring/sympathetic staff. Will always try and squeeze you in if it's urgent. Phone on day appointments are easy to make and repeat prescriptions have an amazing 24 hr turnaround. Receptionists are polite and understanding, doctors take you seriously and you never feel fobbed off. My only criticism would be of Sister Tegg. I have always found her to be rude and abrupt so we refuse to see her. I am a registered nurse myself, so feel no need for her lack of compassion. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my healthcare though, Central Surgery are the most amazing doctors surgery in Rugby.
