Suggested improvements
Appointment system is online, with appointments being published at a set time each day. They disappear within seconds, so it's very difficult to enter the required information and actually choose a time. Those who are not computer/smart phone literate would struggle with this, but might be offered an alternative option I guess. The nurses and doctors I have seen have been helpful. As a recommendation, I would like CMK to use the online assessment tool that other surgeries have, which allows you to enter your symptoms and be signposted to an appropriate course of action. This would save wasted appointments and provides patients with information while they're waiting for an appointment or referral. It also allows patients to upload details and pictures to help doctors decide what kind of appointment is needed.
