Shocking customer service, impossible to get an appointment, very condescending and patronising reception staff. I will be looking for another doctor.

Suggested improvements
Almost everything. Once you do get to see a doctor the service is good. But the attitude of reception staff absolutely destroys this surgeries reputation hands down. I'm looking for another doctor.
