My mother, who is a patient at the service had a very unpleasant encounter with Dr. Fitzpatrick who seems to be a locum doctor. He was rude to the 70 year old lady and told her she could only mention 3 health issues. When she protested, that it was difficult to get an appointment, so she had to wait for months for an appointment, he did not relent and refused to listen or advise on other conditions. He also claimed that the long-term health issues, diagnosed previously by the doctors of the same practice were not issues at all and cancelled her prescription. All of this was done in a highly patronising and dismissive manner. it is a shame that the practice is employing doctors like this alongside its regular attentive staff.
