I came in for an appointment on 21st January 2015 at 2PM and the nurse was exetremely professional. The mother before me had a very sick baby and was not coping well. My appointment was delayed as the nurse was doing the professional response and focusing on the immediate problem, which was a very sick baby. No one likes to be delayed but this was a very justified reaseon. I was thinking that if the baby was my niece or nephew, i would want the nurse to provide the same care.
