The Doctors are always lovely but it is hard to get a suitable non-urgent appointment. The urgent appointments system however is much better. The surgery only takes calls for same day urgent appointments from 9am, I feel this should be available from 8am. The receptionists are always able to answer my questions but they can be rude and unprofessional. They also seem very disorganised. The website is awful, it is cluttered, far too busy and hard to read or find what you want. There are far too many fonts, styles and colours involved. In order to be user friendly to people who are dyslexic or have other learning disabilities, italics should never be used; underlining should only be used for weblinks, not to draw attention. The website needs to be simplified, using one font only throughout, use bold or capitals to draw attention. No more than 3 colours should be used on text, etc.
