Have been with this practice for 10 years plus, and the service has slowly deteriorated. Recently I saw an improvement and understand the whole NHS is under strain so thought they had worked on improving things. Phoned up today to ask for my blood type (Ive had several blood tests in the past). First response was the receptionist laughed and said, Im not sure? Second response after putting me on hold was, maybe look on the internet? My response was of total disbelief and disgust... no professionalism or intelligence all.....I had to ask, is this actually a Doctors surgery??
