Although I prefer to and usually try to see the same Dr., I had sometimes to see whomever was available at the time. My experience is that all the doctors I have seen at our clinic are well qualified, attentive and most helpful. I found that they listen well and try to involve the patient in the decisions to be taken regarding the treatment of one's complaint.
I also found both the Nurses and the Reception staff being most kind and helpful.
The one issue that, in my view, needs to be addressed is to find a way to reduce the waiting time for a face-to-face appointment.
